Roger GirardRoger Girard is a Managing Partner and Board Member of the Xecutive Advisory Partners. His network of industry, institutional and investment capital contacts is a consistent source of portfolio opportunities. Roger’s sphere of industry executives provides an abundance of operations and leadership talent, as well as access to strategic investment capital. A serial Entrepreneur, Roger has built twelve successful companies over the past 35 years in multiple industries. He brings entrepreneurial vision with passion, which has allowed him to raise over $300 million in his career.

Roger’s extensive knowledge and experience in designing Capital Structure, Finance, Global Product Commercialization, Product Development, Manufacturing, Merchandising and Distribution brings significant value to the Xecutive Advisory Partners portfolio projects. Roger’s professional interests include businesses within the Bio-Tech, Medical-Tech/Devices, Micro-materials and Renewable Energy sectors.

Prior to joining the Xecutive Advisory Partners in 2010, Roger served six years as the Chairman and CEO of IsoRay Medical, which he took public in 2006 (Nasdaq ISR). IsoRay is a global company developing the process and manufacturing a new Radionuclide for the treatment of malignant tumors. After leaving IsoRay, Roger built a team that completed the engineering, budgeting, pre-construction and permitting for a $170 million renewable energy chemical facility. Roger has been able to build these diverse and complex companies using his experience, leadership and strategic process that enable the development and monetization of IP assets. He has exceptional management skills and proven ability to define solutions that motivate, educate and develop leaders who complete the mission.

Roger is an experienced board member, serving on public, private and non-profit boards. He currently is a Graduate School Mentor at Seattle University Albers School of Business and a member of the University of Washington Technology Launch Pad. He attended Wenatchee Valley College and received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
