Overview

Xecutive Advisory Partners offers new and existing companies challenged by the new business environment the executive guidance, strategic business planning, capital fundraising assistance and operations management skills to navigate through critical inflection points in an emerging venture.

Our team of seasoned and successful entrepreneurs has developed an analytical process to help companies answer tough questions, prepare for venture capital evaluations, and to assist in confidently accelerating business decision making. Our deep operations experience and structured business assessment and execution processes enable us to effectively customize our services to the needs and goals of each client. We then develop solutions in collaboration with our clients that transform ideas and business concepts into actionable milestones towards those goals.

Process

Exploratory Consultation
This is the first step in the engagement process once a Partner has presented a potential engagement opportunity to our team; typically a 1-2 hour meeting where the client provides an overview of their ideas, thoughts, concepts, business, and needs. After this session The Xecutive Advisory Partners Team will respond with its initial impressions and potential next steps.

Business Viability Assessment
The overall business objective is to help position companies or start-up ventures as well as possible for further investment. A Business Viability Engagement will support that objective by completing a Business Operational Assessment (2-3 business days) with 3-5 members of Xecutive Advisory Partners management team, plus market and scientific experts as appropriate. The goals of the assessment are:

  1. Review and provide feedback on the current business model, corporate structure, and strategic direction
  2. Assess the Brand and corporate positioning from the perspective of attracting future funding sources
  3. Evaluate the current organization structure and management team
  4. Identify future funding opportunities, including evaluating the possibility of engaging Xecutive Advisory Partners as a founding partner
  5. Evaluate the competitive, regulatory, and overall business environment

Business Management Partnerships
Following the Business Operational Assessment the client will be provided a Strategic Brief containing feedback from The Xecutive Advisory Partners Team conducting the assessment. The Strategic Brief is an overview of next steps and recommendations from The Xecutive Advisory Partners. In many cases this information can be implemented and executed by the organization without requiring further involvement of our team.

However, if immediate needs or gaps exist within the organization that preclude it from executing elements of the Strategic Brief, or it the Client desires a deeper assessment of specific operational, strategic or financial aspects of the company, Xecutive Advisory Partners will provide a proposal to apply our experience and network to assist with planning, decision-making, execution and leadership.

Xecutive Advisory Partners can also serve as an ongoing partner as companies navigate short and long-term transitions. Members of The Xecutive Advisory Partners team and our Network of Executive Partners have served as board members and in executive leadership positions where they have navigated many companies through critical inflection points.
